Wireless Last Mile Roll Out

Blio offers a range to products that enable our clients to build robust infrastructure based on standard 802.11a/b/g technology.

We provide a range of equipment with the focus on rapidly rolling out a stable and manageable network

Blio Point-To-Point links are 5.8Ghz Full Duplex links to enable long distance connections without the normal collision detection problems inherent to long Ethernet links. This delivers high throughput and a stable dependable backbone.

Each node in the Blio designed network provides authentication on layer 2 using standard 802.1X or PPPoE technology. Traffic between nodes are routed at layer 3. OSPF is used for dynamic route distribution and each node enforces Quality of Service policies.

Blio Product Web Interface

Blio CPE (Client Premises Equipment) is installed at each network termination point. The CPE unit with integrated antenna is installed on the roof of the client office or home and requires line of sight access to the access point.

There is a single CAT5 UTP cable running between the outdoor CPE and the indoor connector that acts as a RJ45 network point and Power Over Ethernet Injector.
